Annual General Meeting

The Friends of Foots Cray Meadows (FFCM) Annual General Meeting will take place from 7:00pm at 1st North Cray Scouts HQ, Geoffrey Hall, Leafield Lane, North Cray Road, DA14 5EB. The what3words location is ///camp.rainy.vocab.

The agenda will include a review of FFCM news and activities from the past year, presentation of the annual accounts and the election of officers and committee members. We will also announce the results of this year's Photography Competition and the evening will finish with a general informal discussion with attendees about meadows matters. Refreshments will be provided and we will be pleased to welcome not only members of FFCM but any generally interested people.

Voting

Registered members of FFCM have a vote on formal business at the meeting. Votes will be taken on the night from an adult resident in a member's household. To vote, the member needs to be present on the night as we are not able to accept proxy votes.

Committee nominations and elections

The FFCM committee coordinates and administers the activity of the Friends group including organising its meetings, events, volunteer work and communications. Our committee would benefit from adding new personnel from the general membership. Any FFCM member interested in joining the committee should fill in the Committee Nomination Form attached below and return it to the committee by 29 June 2026 using one of the methods listed on the form. (Note the deadline has been extended a further week from that published on the form.)

Election of officers and committee members will take place at the AGM.
